8th March 2024 is International Women's Day. The theme of this year's day is Inspire Inclusion.
The day is about inspiring women, making sure they have a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. And inspiring others to value women's inclusion, to achieve gender equality.
In 2016, I left my office job and set up Body & Sole Therapy. I hope I can be an inspiration to other women who might be thinking about setting up their own business. You can do it!
