Here are some questions that we frequently get asked.

What is parking like?

Parking is available at Cross Keys Lane car park (NE9 6DA) - this is chargeable. Last time I checked it was 50p per hour and charges applied Mon-Sat, 9am - 5.30pm.

If you have the PayByPhone app then the code to use is 804081.
I believe the machine also accepts cash.

Please DO NOT scan any QR code at the car park - this will most likely be a scam.

Make sure you check the details of charges at the car park in case my information is out of date.

Is there disabled access?

As of June 2025, some people might find access difficult.  I am now located above Bells Estate Agent in Low Fell.  Access is through a separate entrance but there is a flight of stairs to get to my new treatment room.

Absolutely.  I welcome all LGBTQ+ and non-binary people.
