Terms and Conditions
Everyone’s time is valuable, including mine. When you make an appointment with me that time is allocated to you - and only you. This means that I cannot book another client in, and there is demand for services.
I know things can change but please note the details of my cancellation/amendment/no show policy - it is in place to protect my small business from financial loss.
CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT
Please note that I require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel, amend or reschedule your appointment.
If you do not provide a minimum of 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up (no show) for your appointment then you will be required to pay the full cost of your treatment booked.
If when you arrive for your appointment you decide that you want a shorter or cheaper treatment you will still be charged the full cost that was originally booked.
If you have a voucher and you fail to turn up or cancel or amend your appointment within 48 hours of your treatment time then your voucher will be used as payment and will no longer be valid. If the voucher does not cover the whole cost of the treatment booked then you will be required to pay the difference.
NO SHOW
If you fail to turn up for your appointment then this is a 'no show' and you will be charged the full amount of your treatment booked.
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment then this will be classed as a ‘no show’ - unless you have contacted me to let me know you are running late - and you will be charged for your appointment.
If you have contacted me to let me know you are running late then your appointment time will be cut short but you will still be charged the full amount of your treatment.
HOW TO CANCEL/AMEND YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please note that you can cancel, amend or reschedule your own appointments using the link in your confirmation email.
If you are unable to cancel, amend or reschedule your appointment via the link in your email then you can contact me directly via various channels:
You can text or WhatsApp me on 07971482352 or you can call me and leave me a voicemail. Save my number in your phone so you have it to hand if you need to cancel/amend or reschedule your appointment.

You can message me at ANY time and I will respond to you when I next check my messages. Please don't expect an immediate response, but you will get a response.
Please DO NOT REPLY to your reminder text as this is an automated system and I don’t receive the replies. I cannot stress this enough!
I will ALWAYS reply to your message to confirm your cancellation/amendment and you will receive a cancellation email. If you have not received a reply then contact me again. Technology sometimes fails and I might not have received your message.
INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES/BEHAVIOUR
I hate that I have to have a policy for this but there are people who send inappropriate messages/requests and this will not be tolerated.
If you send me anything that I deem as inappropriate then your appointment will be cancelled immediately. If the appointment is within 48 hours then you will be charged in full for your appointment. If you are in my treatment room and there is inappropriate behaviour/comments then your appointment will be cancelled immediately, you will be asked to leave the premises and you will be charged in full for your appointment time.
You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions when you book an appointment with me.
