Aromatherapy is an holistic therapy, treating both the body and the mind. Natural oils are extracted from flowers, leaves, bark, stems, roots or other parts of plants, to enhance psychological and physical well-being.

There is evidence that it has been around for thousands of years, having been practised in the Far East, Egypt and Ancient Greece.

Essential oils are blended with carrier oils and then massaged into the body.
