Your privacy is very important to me. This privacy policy covers how I collect and process your data via the website. It does not cover confidential client records used by the business for consultation/treatment purposes.

On my website, I only collect and process your name and email address. This is done on the contact page when you send me a message or when you sign up for my News and Offers emails.
I may also collect your name, email address and contact telephone number if you contact me directly (not via the website) and wish to be added to my mailing list.
You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, or by contacting me directly by email or phone.
Online Bookings / Vouchers
Online bookings and voucher sales are processed by a third-party company. Your details are stored securely on their servers. If you make an online booking, you become a client of Body and Sole Therapy and as such, your name, telephone number and email address is accessible by me. Your address and credit/bank card details are not visible to me.
How I Store Your Data
Your details are stored securely in a password-protected customer management system.
I do not share your details with any third-parties.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
