Sound Sessions
Did you know that I offer sound healing sessions for up to 6 people in my treatment room here in Low Fell?
There are group sessions that I organise - the 2nd Monday (6.15-7.30pm) and last Thursday (6.00-7.15pm) of every month.
The next sessions are Thursday 29th January 2026 and Monday 9th February 2026 - get in touch if you'd like to book a space.

If you and up to 5 friends would like to book your own sessions then send me a message for more details.
You can also book smaller sessions if the dates and times of my group sessions are not suitable - these can be booked directly on my booking system (under the title RELAXATION WITH SOUND) and can be for 1, 2 or 3 people.
What is sound healing?
Sound healing or a "sound bath" is a practice that uses specific frequencies produced by playing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls or drums. The vibrations from the sound resonate throughout your body and mind promoting relaxation, healing, mental clarity and emotional balance. Certain frequencies can evoke emotional responses, trigger memories and induce states of relaxation.
The way we experience sound is unique to each of us. It resonates with us based on our life experiences, meaning that the same sound can evoke different emotions and sensations for different listeners.
What to expect from a sound healing session with me?
When you arrive, I will ask you to set an intention for the session - what you hope to gain from the session. This can be anything you like. For example: relaxation, stress relief, emotional release, focus, pain management, peace, calmness, a specific healing goal or anything else specific to you.
You will lie down. I will begin with a few words about your intention for the session while beating a shamanic drum. I will then play a combination of gongs and singing bowls. There will also be short periods of silence to allow your body to process the vibrations.
Sound is a rich and complex phenomenon that connects us to ourselves, to each other and to the universe around us. Embrace it, and let it guide you on your journey!
Is sound healing for me?
Many people have never tried sound healing. They might have a misconception of what actually happens during a session or think it's too "woo woo" for them. If you're not sure it's for you, why not find out by booking a mix and match taster session. Instead of booking an hour of sound and finding you don't like it, you could book your favourite treatment as a 45 minute session followed by a 15 minute sound session.
If you'd like to book in a mix and match session, drop me a line and I'll get you booked in.
You can read more about sound healing along with some of the feedback from the case studies I did while training.
Hope to see you soon
