On Saturday 20th July 2024, I have a stall at the Wellness Bazaar in Paddy Freeman's Pavilion, High Heaton, NE2 2EY. It's going to be a day of relaxation and rejuvenation - you know I'm always a fan of those!
There's going to be something for everyone - from yoga classes, holistic therapies and organic skincare products to relaxation areas, kids' activities, street food and more.
I'll be there in the indoor space doing seated acupressure massage sessions - perfect for those who spend a lot of time at a computer or driving.
Entry is free and dogs are welcome. So come along and prioritise your wellbeing while supporting local businesses.
