Did you know that I don’t just offer massage?

Did you know there are lots of options to choose from?

Did you know that you can mix and match treatments to create a bespoke session just for you? Or if you want to try out several treatments that you’ve never had before and don’t want to commit to a whole hour of something.

You can check out the ‘Mix and Match’ section on my booking system for some examples. However, if what you’re after isn’t there, get in touch and I can create the perfect session just for you.

My treatments are never about following a routine or one size fits all - they are all completely bespoke to you. On the day.

It depends how you’re feeling when you arrive in my treatment room and what you need at that time.

Of course there are things that need to be prepared in advance - like hot stones, or hot towels and products if you want a facial - a little bit of notice is required for these. But usually I can make your session exactly how you want it.

So here is a list of treatments that are available:

• Massage - but you knew that already! However this also comes with choices - aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, myofascial release

• Reflexology - on the feet (my personal favourite), on the face and on the scalp - or why not have a session with all 3

• Pregnancy packages for the ladies who are expecting a baby

• Want something a bit more woo woo? Then you can choose reiki or crystal healing, or both combined into one session

• Sound therapy - already covered in the last ‘Did You Know’ post - did you read it?

• Facial - a wonderful Temple Spa facial using products for your skin requirements (the amazing products they use at Seaham Hall) which also includes a bit of facial reflexology and cranial reflexology
