Let's Welcome in January 2025

Hello January

Have you gone back to work yet? Or have you managed to stretch the break out for a little bit longer? I’m not back to work until Sunday 5th, so I've had a nice break of almost 2 weeks!

Tomorrow - Friday 3rd January - is International Mind, Body and Wellness Day. Have you promised yourself that you will include more self-care in your life?

I'll be partaking in some self-care for my birthday (8th Jan) with a visit to Seaham Hall, including a fabulous Temple Spa treatment! What a treat from my partner, I’m so excited.

2025 also sees a fresh start for me. I'm back in Low Fell and I'm really looking forward to getting into the new premises. Still no news on this yet, hopefully more to follow very soon.

For the January Treatments of the Month let's focus on being warm and cosy on a chilly winter's day, nourishing your skin when it feels like the weather and central heating has dehydrated it, and to relax and unwind after a hectic festive period.

Here are the details:

Winter Warmer

Back cleanse and scrub

Hot stone (Himalayan salt) back, neck and shoulder massage with a Winter Woodland essential oil blend (silver fir, cypress, frankincense and vetiver)

Ending the session with a facial acupressure massage and scalp massage

This 60 minute treatment is £59 and available throughout January and February

Nourish and Nurture

A hydrating collagen hand treatment (gloves) will be applied to begin your session and whilst that is working it's magic you will be treated to

20 mins facial reflexology

20 mins cranial reflexology

15 mins reiki and

ending the session with a hand massage

This 60 minute treatment is £59 and available throughout January and February

Relax and Unwind

Foot soak followed by foot and lower leg scrub using a relaxing and unwinding essential oil blend (bergamot, lavender and lemongrass)

Reflexology (feet)

This 60 minute treatment is £59 and available throughout January and February

You can extend this treatment if time allows in the diary - 75 mins £72 or 90 mins for £84

If you have an appointment booked and would like to change it to one of these then just let me know.

For those of you that got vouchers for Christmas, why not get your appointment booked in now - check availability but get in touch to book your slot - my booking system doesn't seem to like the voucher codes for some reason.

Please don't leave it till your voucher is about to expire, especially if you would like a Sunday or late afternoon appointment.

I hope to see you soon for a warming, nurturing and relaxing treatment.

Have a great weekend,

Chris xx
