Treatment of the Month - April 2025

I was hoping that I would have some news about my new premises to tell you about, but still nothing to report. Fingers crossed there will be some news in the not too distant future!
And the weather seems to be all over the place too! One minute it’s nice and warm and the next it’s freezing cold and blowing a gale!
Did you see the news that I have been asked to the therapist at a Women’s Wellness Retreat on the weekend of 16-18th May? I have a lovely list of therapies on offer and I’m really looking forward to the weekend. You can see the details on my Facebook page or on Kirstie’s.
Did you know that April is Stress Awareness Month? I have a wonderful relaxing and de-stressing offering as part of this month’s Treatment of the Month. As well as a zesty, body awakening treatment, if you fancy something a bit more uplifting. Here are the details:
SO ZEN
• Reiki, reflexology and crystal healing all rolled into one!
• Get comfy and we will begin with some crystal chakra balancing - you can relax those tired eyes with a warm, weighted eye pillow or a crystal eye mask
• This will be followed by 30 minutes of either foot or facial reflexology - your choice
• Finally we will end the session with some reiki leaving you feeling completely de-stressed and relaxed
• You will receive a heated eye mask to take away so you can continue the relaxation at home
This 60 minute treatment is £55 and available throughout April and May
ZING INTO SPRING
• Your back will be thoroughly cleansed with a zesty grapefruit scented cleanser followed by a grapefruit fragranced scrub
• You will then receive a back, neck and shoulder massage using hot oil infused with grapefruit essential oil
• Once the hydrating back mask has been applied, you will be treated to an energising leg and foot massage
• The treatment will end with a zesty grapefruit fragranced moisturiser
• All products will be removed using hot towels - an indulgent treat for your back
This 60 minute treatment is £59 and available throughout April and May
