Men's Health Week in June

June 14th to 21st 2021 is Men's Health Week. It's a week of raising awareness of issues, both physical and mental, that predominantly affect men more than women.


This year, the theme of the week is Five Ways to Wellbeing, with a 'CAN DO' challenge. That's five activities over five days:


  • Connect with other people

  • Be Active

  • Take Notice

  • Discover something new

  • Offer to do something for someone
