World Sleep Day 2023

World Sleep Day is an annual event, intended to be a celebration of sleep and a call to action on important issues related to sleep.


This year's day is March 17th, 2023.


The theme for 2023 is: Sleep is Essential for Health. Just like eating well and exercising, sleep is a behaviour that is foundational to your physical, mental, and social well-being. World Sleep Day is an opportunity to promote sleep health. It is designed to raise awareness of sleep as a human privilege that is often compromised by the habits of modern life.
